Refund Policy

As a general matter, does not provide refunds for listings more than 24 hours after a listing is purchased except under the following circumstances: (a) if it took longer than 72 hours for your listing to be posted to the site OR (b) if you mistakenly purchased a duplicate listing for the same company and both appear on the site at the time of your request. In order to be eligible to receive a refund under these two circumstances, gharbuilder must receive your refund request in the manner described below within 5 calendar days of your listing purchase. 

In the event that you purchased a listing and placed in the wrong category, don't worry, don't panic, we'll help you fix that situation by moving your ad to the correct category. We don't want you to pay twice, we prefer satisfied customers. Use our contact form and notify us immediately. Be sure to include your Ad ID number, a brief description, and the existing category where the ad should appear. We'll follow up and send you an email notification once the item has been fixed.
In the unlikely event that you were in the middle of your transaction, purchasing a listing, and were creating your ad, and the ad did not get created because of a power failure or other similar situation occurred before you were able to save your ad, don't worry, don't panic, use our contact form and notify us immediately, we can fix that.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.  further reserves the right to make refunds at any time in connection with cases of fraud, abuse, and in other limited instances. does not provide refunds under any other circumstances.  Notwithstanding anything in this policy to the contrary, reserves the right to finally determine in its sole discretion whether the criteria for a refund set forth in this policy have been satisfied and to request any additional information relevant to such request. 

If you cancel or terminate early, and purchased a promotional package, a discounted pricing package, including multiple ad packages or a volume discount package, we reserve the right to re-bill you at our standard rates. There will be no refund for early termination.

All refund requests must be in writing and include your name, address, e-mail address, listing ID number, vehicle description, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase the listing, and the reasons you are requesting a refund. Please send all refund requests through our e-mail address:  is not responsible for refund requests that are not timely received in accordance with this policy for any reason, including without limitation, Web congestion, addressing mistakes, computer or Internet downtime, or requests submitted by phone, postal mail, or any other manner not expressly provided for in this policy. 

NOTE: Refund Policy applies to online listings only, as defined above, purchased on the site. The refund will be credited to the credit card used for the listing purchase.
